Local Assembly Member, Nick Ramsay, was pleased to attend Mencap’s annual Christmas party held at Chepstow Rugby Club on Sunday afternoon.
Mr Ramsay is a Vice President of Chepstow and District Mencap and was pleased to have been able to take part in this great festive event.
Speaking after the party Nick said:
“I spent an enjoyable time with the club members and volunteers on Sunday at their Christmas party.
“It was great spending time chatting with the Mencap volunteers and hearing about all the good work being done in Monmouthshire.
“Mencap not only helps care for people with learning difficulties, but provides other support too, such as gardening for people being cared for, and offers a wide range of help to those needing assistance.
“Congratulations to all those involved with this very worthwhile charity.”
