MONMOUTH Assembly Member Nick Ramsay said he was deeply saddened to learn of the closure of Monmouth Citizen’s Advice Bureau but was pleased to hear that advice services in the town would continue without interruption.
The Monmouth bureau is set to close on 28th June when the delivery of services in the town will be taken over by the County CAB
Speaking on Wednesday, Mr Ramsay said:
“Monmouth CAB has built up a proud history over the years, with countless people benefitting from the wide range of services and advice the Bureau has offered.
“Whilst I’m glad that the county CAB is stepping in to deal with the workload, local people will miss the locally organised and committed team who have worked so hard over a number of years. This is certainly a loss to the town.”
