Nick Attends Opening of New Raglan School

Local Assembly Member Nick Ramsay was delighted to attend the opening of the new Raglan Church in Wales VC Primary School yesterday morning.

The new 21st Century School was officially opened by the Bishop of Monmouth, the Right Reverend Richard Pain and the Chairman of Monmouthshire County Council, Cllr Brian Strong.

                      Speaking today Nick said:

“This was an exciting morning for Raglan with the unveiling of the plaque at the stunning new school.

“Following the official opening I enjoyed a tour of the fantastic building with staff, governors and some of the pupils.

“I’m certain the staff and pupils will enjoy working in this state of the art new school. It’s been well worth the wait. Congratulations to Monmouthshire County Council and all involved with this ambitious project.”
